Return Policy:

1) Hazardous Materials –
Hazardous products (ie: Nitrous Oxide Gas) suffering from manufacturer defects may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We will require the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt upon case review. If it has been more than 7 days, you will need to contact one of our friendly customer service agents through our Contact Page to see if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Eligibility will be based on the date of purchase and on the warranty of the product.

To receive a refund, the items returned must be complete and not used. If it has been used or not all items returned, then the refund will be declined.

2) Non-Hazardous Materials –
Non-Hazardous products suffering from manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please provide the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt. If it has been more than 30 days, you will need to contact one of our friendly customer service agents through our Contact Page to see if you are eligible for an exchange or refund. Eligibility will be based on the date of purchase and on the warranty of the product.

Wire & ACH Instructions:

Larger orders that require either a wire or ACH transfer are processed manually by our friendly sales team.
